Ferencz Olivier widens his Portfolio

In my new home Bavaria, the stag is a very popular animal and its motif is not only used in fine arts, but beyond that also in many different fields of the decorations- and textile industry. 

A journey to Florence and a visit in an atique dealer´s shop was a key event. I saw a stag-sculpture made of aluminium and the object immediately enthralled me. The idea was born. Painting over stags with Bavarian motifs and refining them with beaten gold. Leopold is its name. Henceforth, I will paint over stags with different brands and interpret them with elements of Pop-Art, in order to send them on journeys in varying coatings through the colourful world of brands. Stag Leopold will still always be a unique specimen.
