Ferencz Olivier - Painting delivery Westfalen AG
On 21st March 2014 the delivery and installation of my so far largest work in Corporate-Art in the lobby of the newly designed company headquarters of the Westfalen AG at Industrieweg 43 in Muenster took place.
The completion of my project Westfalen AG was marked by the public presentation of the artwork together with invited press-representatives on 08th May 2014.

Milestone 13 – Great Art in the Lobby
The large artwork in the lobby has been installed. The painting presents the actual Westfalen logo, framed by historical logos of our company and our founder Wilhelm Albert. "The painting tells a story and promotes emotional occupation with the company´s culture“, explained the artist Ferencz Olivier from Muenster.
Almost for one year Olivier has worked on it. He created the relief-like surface structure by elaborate multi-layer painting with numerous materials like oil paint, fine marble powder and leaf gold. The slightly weather-worn impression is the artist´s style: “The object reminds of a find, of something historical and very precious“, stated Olivier.
The painting measures 3,82 by 3,82 Metres and weighs 90 kilos. The artist delivered it on rolled canvas, personally mounted it in the frame and supervised the installation on the wall opposite the entrance. In the seven metres-high lobby, it creates a fantastic spacial impression, through the glass walls, it is well-viewable from the outside.
"The artistic presentation of our logo makes the brand Westfalen appear even more sympathetic, it enhances the identification and reminds of our duty“, confirmed Renate Fritsch-Albert.
